1. When You Use This Site
By browsing or buying from our website you accept these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Returns, Exchanges & Change-of-Mind
For our full Return, Refund & Exchange Policy—including instructions, restocking fees and who pays freight—please visit mowercentre.com.au/returns.
Key points:

28-day window — Send back unused items within 28 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Condition — Items must be in brand-new, resaleable condition with all original packaging, manuals and accessories.

Exclusions — Special orders and clearance bargains can only be returned if we (and our suppliers) agree.

Fees — A restocking fee of up to 25 % may apply. You cover return freight unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product.
3. Warranty & Your Consumer Rights
Every product carries the manufacturer’s warranty, and we’ll help you lodge a claim if needed.
Under Australian Consumer Law our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
You’re entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or exchange if the product has a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If the failure is minor, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or exchange within a reasonable time.
4. Workshop Repairs & Services

Quote limit — Tell us the maximum we can spend before calling you.

Deposit — A deposit applies unless the item was bought from us in the last six months.

Fuel safety — Units with tanks larger than 2 L must arrive with no more than 2 L of fuel.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates; courier delays are outside our control.
Risk passes to you once the parcel is collected by the courier.
Open and check your order on arrival; report any issues within 5 days.
If you cannot accept delivery, storage charges and a restocking fee (up to 25 %) may apply.
STIHL products must be collected in-store because they’re assembled by our technicians.
6. Payment
Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
For high-value items we may ask for a bank transfer or in-store payment for security.
Late payment may attract recovery costs, interest (bank overdraft rate + 2 %) and repossession of goods.
7. Title (Who Owns the Goods?)
We retain legal ownership until your payment clears in full.
You are responsible for loss or damage to the goods in the meantime.
8. Prices & Stock Levels
Prices and stock may change without notice due to supplier updates.
If we list a product or price incorrectly we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Our online stock syncs with the store several times a week, so brief back-orders can occur.
9. Liability
We provide information in good faith. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our site or products.
10. Future Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies.
